Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A direct message contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that contact.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, records offices, libraries, and outside search providers follow their own privacy policies. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that destination's rules. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete website data depend on where a visitor lives. As of July 16, 2026, Georgia had no enacted omnibus consumer-privacy law creating a general deletion or universal opt-out right. Because we retain very little, a request usually involves checking contact mail and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Stockbridge, Henry County, or Georgia remain under the control of their custodians, so correction or removal requests must go to the office that holds the source record.
